Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Management

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Apprenticeships and Skills team to both develop and deliver the new leadership and management apprenticeship standards at level 3 and level 5. The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships and Skills and other managers and be pivotal in designing and implementing new delivery models around the new Leadership and Management qualifications delivering to new and existing employers as well as new aspiring College managers. You will need to have a Degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject and a Leadership and Management qualification at level 5. It is also essential that you have evidence of teacher/lecturer training along with GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths.  

Hours are 18.5 per week with the real potential to develop into a full time position.

Salary £27,243 - £34,869 per annum, pro rata relating to qualifications and experience
