An opportunity has arisen for a full- or part-time Senior Lecturer in the Theory and Practice of Education within our highly successful School of Edu-cation, which is one of the largest and leading providers of training for teachers and school leaders in the UK.

We are looking for an effective classroom practitioner with successful leadership experience, who can speak with credibility on teaching and leading teaching. Good academic qualifications are a must, but of equal importance is practical wisdom and a good sense of humour.

The post holder will make a significant contribution to our leadership courses and PGCE, keep up-to-date with new research and theory in education and develop new courses for school leaders and teachers.
