Senior MIS Manager

EXCITING M.I.S OPPORTUNITY IN SAUDI ARABIA!   

As an organization, Interserve Learning & Employment International (ILEI), based in Saudi Arabia is growing FAST and we need to further develop and enhance our MIS systems and processes which are key to managing our business.  We are seeking applications from a highly skilled individual who is a specialist in the field of MIS, and must have knowledge and experience of both Arbor and Microsoft Packages, report generation and effective data collection and management.  Ideally you will have a background in the education sector, with the ability to capture, manage and produce effective management information to assist and support our colleges and internal business services. 

The role will focus on the development of ILEI’s management information system incorporating the collation, management, storage and processing of all student and business data.  Provide support to both Corporate and College management teams by producing relevant, accurate reports, which support business decision making.

The SENIOR MIS MANAGER will provide effective and immediate leadership and guidance to ensure our systems deliver what we require to meet ever changing business needs (min 3 years’ experience of managing an MIS function within education). ARBOR experience essential. Duties will include:-
To manage the development and maintenance of the company’s proprietary management information system (Arbor) and reporting in line with external contractual obligations & internal requirements.

To support both College and Corporate Teams in the day to day use of the management information system ensuring that performance related data both for internal and external use is available, accurate and accessible to key stakeholders across the Company.

To manage and co-ordinate College MIS Managers and the Corporate MIS Executive to run reports and maintain data accuracy, and provide recommendations.

Working with Arbor, develop, maintain and prepare the system functionality to capture and monitor data, and evaluate new data requirements to be captured. Prepare process scripts for data control and data quality assurance.

To manage the development of information systems, data analysis and reporting required to enable Corporate and College level business review and monitoring of key performance indicators by senior management.

To promote the highest data integrity and compliance across the Company to support the operational management.
