Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and outstanding Senior Network Technician for this fast-paced and varied role that includes IT systems management, monitoring and support across the whole school.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of IT systems management with a passion for emerging technologies. They will also have excellent organisation skills and the personal qualities enabling them to deliver a high level of service in a busy environment to both staff and students.
You will take pride in responding quickly and effectively to all support requirements and will have an open approach to helping staff and students to get the best out of the school IT systems.
You will be part of a small Team, liaising closely with the Head of IT and you will be responsible for the mentoring of the Network Technician, ensuring that they have ample opportunities for development.
This is a full-time all year-round position and, on occasion, there is an expectation of you being required to work out of hours.
