Applications are invited for a Senior Receptionist. This varied and responsible role plays a key part in presenting the professional face of the College. Managing a small team of receptionists the successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of Reception, dealing with parents, staff and visitors.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills, together with the ability to deal with people at all levels with charm and tact.
The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week - 8.00am to 4pm Monday to Friday during term time and 9am to 5 Monday to Friday during the school holidays (with half an hour for lunch) with up to 8 Saturdays per year during term time from 9am to 1pm
