Job overview
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our dedicated team of caretakers.
You will lead the school caretaking team in all aspects of work on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the school site is functional and safe, liaising with school staff, visitors, external contractors and hirers. You will have experience in a leadership role, have excellent communication and organisational skills and will have experience in pool plant operations and practical experience of basic building maintenance.
A full clean driving licence is essential and experience of working with pool plant equipment is highly desirable. A full time role, 40 hours per week, with varying hours as per shift pattern, with the need to cover evenings and weekends. This is a residential role.
