We are currently recruiting a Senior School Principal. She/he will be part of a growing community, one that develops young people of talent and potential from Mozambique to be the well-educated, ethical and pluralistic leaders of tomorrow. The successful candidate will provide leadership in curriculum planning, development, supervision, evaluation and assessment. In addition, the candidate will create conditions which ensure that the Senior School is focused first and foremost on effective teaching and learning according to the standards, principles and practices of the IB MYP and DP programmes.
The successful candidate should have a Master’s degree in an education related field, as well as a successful experience as a Senior School Principal or substantial successful experience as a deputy principal that includes leadership of the development of curriculum and assessment and policy formulation and implementation.
