Permanent Post – Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

40 working weeks per year : 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday

Consideration will be given to full time/part time/job share applications

PCD 5 Grade 5 SCP 6 £19,171

Actual Salary £16,766 - £17,215 Pro rata (£9.94 per hour)

A vacancy has arisen in our Science Faculty for a Senior Science Technician within the Chemistry Department.  Professional, effective and motivated individuals with scientific backgrounds are invited to apply for this post.  Consideration will be given to full time/part time/job share applications.

The successful candidate will be clearly in tune with our values and our ethos of “children first”. The successful candidate will be totally committed to supporting the Chemistry Department, working within the Science Technician Team, showing the necessary skills to support students, teachers and the science curriculum throughout the Science Department at UVHS.
