SENIOR SCIENCE TECHNICIAN

37 hours per week

Term time only + 2 weeks

Band 8, £20,490 to £22,616 pa (FTE)

Actual salary paid £18,145 to £20,028 pa

We are looking to appoint a Senior Science Technician who will work closely with Science Teachers to support the work of staff and pupils in the academy’s laboratories and classrooms where necessary. The successful candidate will supervise two other part-time Science Technicians.

The Oakwood Academy is working in partnership with The Redhill Academy Trust. The Academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region. Oakwood became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, on 1st April 2015.
