(Level 1) Grade: 2/3, points 11-14, dependant on experience Hours: 37.5 per week (term time, 38 weeks) +10 holiday hours and 18 Training Days hours (86.49%) Salary: Full time £16,718 - £17,772, Pro-rata £14,457 - £15,369
Due to retirement we wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Science Technician to lead our team, commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in a science/technical position, preferably in an educational setting. The post includes management responsibility for other technicians, demonstrating experiments, liaising with contractors, ordering equipment, etc.
We also seek an additional Science Technician to work alongside the successful candidate above and to ensure the highest quality of service for our team in order to maximise outcomes for students.
