Professional Development is valued and we actively encourage staff to participate and lead events to support colleagues both within the Sixth Form and the wider Trust. As a member of Brigantia Learning Trust we welcome opportunities for cross-phase collaboration to support student transition and the provision of an outstanding 2-19 learning experience.
