£22,571 - £24,920 per annum
Actual pro rata salary at starting point £18,284.18
(depending on length of service)
The Academy is looking to appoint a confident and reliable person to support the Science team in the smooth running of the Department.
You will be required to provide assistance within the Science Department to help co-ordinate the use and maintenance of practical resources and facilities. An understanding of Biology and Chemistry would be desirable, and a proven track record of good communication and organisational skills is essential.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school-based environment. You must have the ability to work professionally under pressure to deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential.
Training and support will be provided for the successful candidate. They will be supporting the practical and technical aspects of the Science curriculum.
