Salary: £6,201 – £7,324 (based on a FTE of £20,252 - £ 23,918 per annum)

Please note this is subject to agreement in line with September 2022 salary increases but the amounts shown are a minimum of what you will earn and if any changes are made they will be increases on the amount shown. 

Hours: 11.33 hours per week

Location: Brixham College

Contract: Permanent

If you are a qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer or a University student wanting hours to suit round your studies or simply looking for a part-time role this could be the opportunity for you.

 

Your new role

We are looking for candidates with passion for sport and the leisure industry. You will have the chance to build and develop your skills in our growing business and we are looking for a customer focused Senior Sports Coordinator to help us deliver a first-class leisure experience

 

What you will need to succeed

The role will oversee many responsibilities including the preparation of all areas for activities and ensuring a welcoming front of house presence is delivered when the centre is open. You will have excellent customer service and a positive approach.

You will help with everyday operations including maintenance of our machines and 3G pitch. As well as be a point of contact for both members and prospective members. This will include being an advocate for our Thinking Fitness brand in the wider community.

You will have to be flexible with working hours and will be expected to work a mix of evenings and weekends.

Our Gyms

Thinking Fitness is a family of gyms within the Thinking Schools Academy Trust. Connected to schools across the South of England, the gyms recycle all profits back into the Trust, helping support our aim of transforming life chances for all our children.

In September 2022 we will open our brand new gym on the site of Rochester Grammar School site. The gym will boast the latest high-quality equipment and an exciting class timetable in line with our other gyms.
