St Christopher’s is seeking to appoint a senior teacher for a unique and exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand our services by proving a teaching provision in one of our children’s residential homes.

We are seeking committed individuals with a passion for working with young people, who can inspire them to create a brighter future.

Founded in 1870, St Christopher's has provided care for vulnerable children and young people for over 140 years. We are one of the leading voluntary service providers for this sector across England and the Isle of Man, helping build brighter futures through fostering, children's homes and a range of innovative housing and support services. St Christopher’s is currently training all staff in social pedagogy in order to raise our care standards even higher.

As one of the first members of our dedicated teaching team you will need to be forward thinking and enjoy leading innovative ways of working, as you will be responsible for leading and developing St Christopher’s Education Service in proving a full education provision to looked after children aged 12 to 17 years.
