Required from February / March, 2023 as a permanent position.
We are looking to recruit two full time Senior Teaching Assistants to join our excellent Learning Support Team, to work under the guidance of the SENCO and teachers across the key stages, to support our learners with SEN and to deliver literacy and numeracy interventions.

Experience of working with students who have SEN is desirable and candidates would need to have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, including English and maths GCSE grade 4 or above, or equivalent.

Netherhall School is a grant maintained, Local Authority, mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with a sixth form, situated in Maryport, Cumbria. The school achieved its first ever rating of ‘Good’ from Ofsted in 2018, was named Cumbrian Secondary School of the Year later the same year, is host to the Cumbrian Secondary School Teacher of the Year and Cumbrian Secondary School Student of the Year.
