Job overview
We are seeking an experienced practitioner to co-ordinate a team of teaching assistants as part of a highly effective learning support team. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering targeted support to students with SEND to maximise their progress and will currently be working in an educational setting. The capacity to support students in mathematics would be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential alongside the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with all stakeholders. The post holder will also work alongside the SENCO to provide training, support and development opportunities in line with departmental and whole school priorities.
The Salary Scale is the Local Authority’s Grade 6, £19,430 - £21,962 per annum (pay award pending) dependent upon experience.
