Job overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a STA to join our team. This is a highly varied role. You will be involved in many aspects of helping the Kingsbury Manor site to run smoothly and efficiently, supporting teachers, TAs, students as well as the wider school community and leadership team.
In this role, you will support teachers in behavioural management and help prepare resources for lessons as well as leading on record keeping including key worker notes. You will also be involved in helping to cover lessons, attend learning review meetings, help with delivering reward schemes, and ensure that systems and practices are followed in line with school procedure.
