Positions within Key Stages 2 to 5 and Young Adult (Ages 5-25)
Term Time + 7 days
Permanent, 5 days per week (37.5 hours)
Salary: NJC point 9 – 12 + SEN Allowance
(Pro-rata salary + SEN for Term Time + 7 days, 5 day’s is £21,541 - £22,675 per annum)
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Senior Teaching Support Assistant to join our hardworking committed multi-disciplinary team. Are you an experienced TSA looking to go to the next step of your career? Do you have at least 2 years experience in a SEN setting? Are you qualified in Level 2 or above?
The successful candidate will:
Have the ability to support and provide guidance for other TSAs within their own class.
Have the skills and knowledge to lead an identified area of the provision.
Be skilled and experienced in facilitating/supervising learning within one class.
