An exciting opportunity exists, in this newly created position, for an innovative and experienced educator, to work closely and collaboratively with the Principal and other Senior College leaders, in leading the Secondary School curriculum, assessment and reporting systems for the College, commencing Term 4 2019, (or Term 1 2020, by negotiation).

Already a leader in your field with a proven ability to dynamically inspire others, the successful applicant will be an exemplary individual who demonstrates passion for curriculum and learning, integrity, and the skill-set to effectively lead teams with discernment and good judgement. You will be fully cognisant of all aspects of the Victorian Certificate of Education and the International Baccalaureate curriculum and ready to undertake the necessary strategic planning related to implementing curriculum frameworks. You will be knowledgeable of current thinking including 21st century education and a range of curriculums. You will inspire and support the College’s staff as you develop a shared vision for the College’s 21st century learning competencies.

The position of Senior Vice Principal (Curriculum and Learning) is a full-time senior Executive position. An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience awaits an applicant who can actively support the Christian teachings and ethos of the College and lead the College’s curriculum programs.
