The Excalibur Academies Trust wish to appoint an inspirational individual who can lead and further develop Fairfield High School on the next steps of its journey from Good to Outstanding. This position will report directly to the Principal.

We are looking for an experienced senior leader who has:

Fairfield High School is part of the Excalibur Academies Trust and works closely with its partner schools to develop opportunities for staff and students, while remaining very much an individual school.  The Trust has grown from two schools in Marlborough, Wiltshire, to 15 schools in four local authorities stretching from Bristol to Reading along the M4 corridor, providing high quality education to almost 4000 children from age 2 to 18.

Careers Development:
