This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Schools and Learning Team. With a focus on secondary schools, you will ensure a sustained focus on learning and teaching which improves outcomes for children.

You will develop a culture of improvement and innovation through effective educational development and focused leadership of Head Teachers. You will build capacity at all levels through effective support and challenge. We expect that your experience of working collaboratively has improved practice and positively impacted on children.
