Job overview
Do you have a desire to remove barriers to learning for children with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN), including Autism? Do you have experience of managing teams of people, and of achieving good outcomes through others? Are you committed to early intervention, and the importance of high quality support? Do you understand the significance of getting it right in the early years? Then this role is for you.
We are looking for the right person to take on this key senior leadership role within our Inclusion Special Education Needs and Disabilities service (ISEND). We need a qualified teacher, with experience of working with children with special educational needs and disabilities, who has a strong interest in SLCN, Autism and the Early Years. If you feel you meet the criteria in the job description and share our passion for supporting schools and settings to identify and meet the needs of their children with SEND then we want to hear from you.
For an informal discussion, please contact Iona Wooderson - Senior Manager, Intervention & Support on 01273 482369.
