Within this role you will deliver high quality teaching, assessment and effective learning within the Engineering department of the college.

You will teach groups of students in both practical skills and classroom situations. You will also teach and complete summative and formative assessment, paying due regard to student progression towards successful completion.

You will also regularly assess students’ progress and preparation of appropriate progress reports. This will also include the development of assessment strategies to meet the learning objectives (as set out in Unit Guides) through the medium of "Schemes of Work".

The successful candidate will also set and maintain high levels of best industry practice.

Enthusiastic, methodical and flexible in your approach, you will share and demonstrate your skills, knowledge and experience with learners and motivate students to achieve. A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction - giving effective guidance and helping them make the most of their futures.
