Job overview

We are looking to recruit Sessional Tutors/Assessors and IQAs with a specialism in Childcare


Your duties will include conducting practical assessments, monitoring and tracking progress, training and assessing and delivering the underpinning knowledge requirements of the qualification within the workplace.


Successful candidates will have direct industry experience in the required field and hold a relevant qualification at a minimum of Level 3, with knowledge of working with different awarding bodies.


It is essential that you hold the Award/Certificate in Assessing – TAQA and desirable for you to also hold a Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance. Updated A1 or V1 is acceptable.PTTLS/AET qualification or equivalent would also be expected. You must have a passion for high standards, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good time management and proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners.


This role may involve travelling to local businesses therefore it is desirable that you have a full UK driving license and are willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
