Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra & Goulburn (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres.
About the Role
This role is responsible to provide efficient, effective, and timely SharePoint administration to CECG Schools and the Catholic Education Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support the corporate on-premises and cloud SharePoint instances to ensure stability and availability to CEO and Schools.
- Develop and maintain reporting facilities using SQL Server Reporting Services and PowerBI, including daily checks of regular extract routines and backups.
- Provide technical support within the CG SharePoint and corporate C# applications as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Provide technical oversight of MS Flow and PowerAutomate workloads used within CECG.
- Act as the lead for LiveTiles implementation.
Essential Criteria
- Extensive experience in the administration of and development of both on-premises and cloud-hosted SharePoint deployments and associated systems and technologies.
- Extensive experience in the administration of and development of both on-premises and cloud-hosted SharePoint deployments and associated systems and technologies.
- Experience in SharePoint Online SPFx development.
- Experience in the development of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Cloud Functions to support SPFx functions.
- Experience developing and maintaining MS Flow and Powerautomate workloads in M365.
- Experience with LiveTiles as a SharePoint Online Content.
- Management System or equivalent product.
- Experience in report writing tools such as Microsoft Reporting Services and PowerBI.
- Experience with C#, HTML, Javascript, and other associated web platform languages.
- Good organisational, written, and verbal communication skills
