We are seeking a number of candidates to manage a Boarding House and evening activities during the above holiday dates. The post holders will have responsibility for the happiness, pastoral well-being, good discipline and safety of the students in the Boarding House whilst on duty.
Stonar is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 2 to 18, which was rated excellent by ISI in October 2018 for both pupil achievement and personal development. Stonar is situated in over 80 acres of beautiful Wiltshire countryside, yet only a 20 minute drive from the World Heritage City of Bath and within easy reach of the M4 corridor. Stonar also runs short courses during the school holidays including a Residential Riding Camp, for British and International students as well as their own boarding pupils.
The School benefits from being part of Globeducate, a forward-thinking international group of over 50 schools worldwide, giving pupils and staff the opportunity to be an active part of a globally-minded community.
Successful candidates will be held in a pool and will be contacted prior to each holiday period for their availability. On-site accommodation, and all meals, are provided. A current First Aid qualification is desirable of the post and the post holder will be expected to contribute to the delivery of activities as appropriate and help plan and set up as well as monitor all free time throughout the period as well as overnight.
