Required for one half term from October 28th to December 13th 2019

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable physicist to cover one half term due to planned leave within our established and vibrant physics department.  Whether a recently graduated, well-qualified physicist or an experienced physics teacher, your ability to enthuse and inspire students is key to this role.  Support and training would be available for graduates with little teaching experience, making this an ideal role for anyone considering teaching as a career. 

You will join a large, well-resourced science department with a varied programme of exciting co-curricular activities and a commitment to pastoral support.  Based in modern, well-equipped, specialist laboratories, this role will involve teaching across the age range, from year 7 integrated science up to physics A level, depending on your experience and subject expertise.
