We are looking to appoint an inspiring, enthusiastic and committed Singing Teacher to our vibrant Music department. The successful candidate will teach 8 hours of one-to-one lessons per week for a maternity cover position from Monday 30 October 2023.
Chandlings Prep is a busy school, so we are looking for someone who is flexible and efficient, an excellent time-keeper, technologically competent and able to use their initiative to respond to the School's needs. The successful candidate should be able to keep on top of all weekly administration, and stay in touch with parents and school via email.

Set in sixty acres of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, Chandlings Prep is an Independent co-educational day school for girls and boys from 2-11 years old. Situated just 20 minutes from the centre of historic Oxford, we have purpose-built, bright, modern classrooms with extensive and impressive facilities. There are specialist music, art, design and technology, cookery and science facilities as well as two school halls. The purpose built Music Department houses Prep and Pre-Prep Music classrooms, an office, practice rooms and a piano room with a grand piano. We also have an astroturf, netball courts, hockey, rugby and football pitches, an archery range, a 9 hole golf course and driving range, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a low-ropes course and a riding school. The extensive grounds offer woodlands, lakes, playing fields and lots of space to play and explore.
