Job overview
We are looking for an energetic, hardworking and enthusiastic person, who has a range of practical skills, to join our successful school team and undertake duties that will keep our site safe, clean and healthy.
You will work with us to provide a great environment for our children, staff and visitors by being friendly and approachable and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the site. The ability to form good working relationships with adults and children are essential.

Nottingham Academy Ransom Road is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school situated in Mapperley, Nottingham. The academy has a ‘schools within a school’ model and has two other sites: Greenwood Road and Sneinton Boulevard, together offering 3,780 places for students between the ages of 3-19. Ransom Road has a capacity for 900 students from Year 7 to Year 11.
Nottingham Academy Ransom Road opened in 2009. The school belongs to Greenwood Academies Trust along with 33 other academies across the UK. The Ransom Road site has specialist science, technology and art blocks, along with a sports centre.
