Site / Facilities Team - Senior Site Officer, Site Officer and Site Assistant. A Range of Opportunities Available.

We are recruiting for a number of roles for our growing Site and Facilities Team to support with the running of the school sites within the Northstowe Learning Community. There are a range of opportunities within the team including Senior Site Officer, Site Officer and Site Assistant. All of the roles are available on a full or part time basis with a variety of hours available including early morning, days and evenings. These roles will support the continued growth of the school community currently including Northstowe Secondary College and Martin Bacon Academy but will soon increase to add Northstowe Primary School and a Sixth Form College to complete the Northstowe Learning Community. Please see the attached recruitment pack for full details of the role.                                

Northstowe Secondary College is a brand-new secondary school at the heart of the Northstowe Education Campus, which opened to Year 7s in September 2019. The school will grow year on year until it reaches its full capacity of 1,200 places for pupils aged 11-16, with a further 400 places available for sixth form students. It is an exciting time to join our team as we become the cornerstone of the Northstowe Learning Community.

The Martin Bacon Academy is a brand new, state of the art, Area Special School, built in the heart of the Northstowe Learning Community. We cater for children and young people aged 3 to 19 who have a range of complex and significant learning needs in the area of cognition and learning (with other co-occurring conditions). This covers a wide range of needs including learners with autistic spectrum condition and those with complex physical and sensory impairments. All pupils will be provided with an exciting, balanced education which will be appropriately paced and designed to meet their individual education needs.
