Salary:                           JG3 23,500 to 23,893 Full Time Equivalent

Actual salary:                JG3 20,292 to 20,625 Term Time Only with 10 additional days

 

Baytree School supports 120 learners aged 3-19 years with profound and complex SEND. We are situated across two Campuses, one in Weston Super Mare and the very recently opened second campus in Clevedon.

 

As a result of opening the Clevedon Campus an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager Assistant. This position would suit someone who is willing to learn, is very practical and able to take initiative to continue to develop and enhance the school environment. 

 

We are looking for a site manager assistant who:

 

·       Has good verbal and written communication skills.

·       Is passionate about ensuring the school environment is exemplary

·       Has the skills to work practically – such as painting and small maintenance jobs.

·       Can build positive relationships with a wide variety of people including contractors

·       Can work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operational running of the school building.

·       Can follow direction as well work independently

·       Understands the importance of health and safety in a school.

·       Has a commitment to developing their own skills.

    Our Clevedon Campus will initially be open Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, and the successful candidate will   

be required to work flexibly within those hours, either an early shift, managing the opening of the site or on a late shift and managing the closing of the site – the actual hours are still under consideration. An additional 10 days in the school holidays will also be required.
