We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

Site Managers are responsible for a wide range of site duties and responsibilities, which include ensuring that the school building is maintained and compliance requirements are met to the required standard/specification.

Flexible hours of work to be discussed at interview.

To oversee the cleaning team to ensure they are working safely using correct warning signs, protective clothing and safety equipment and being mindful of hazards to other staff and students. Compliance with the Health and Safety practices of the Trust/School.

You will need to be;

·       To be physically fit

·       To be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance

·       Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns and job tasks

·       Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties.

·       Team player, personable, emotionally intelligent with a sense of humour

Qualifications and Experience.

·       Skills in plumbing, electrics, carpentry and DIY

·       Previous experience of working in a school or education setting would be desirable but not essential.
