Job overview
This is a key role within Halley House School to ensure that there is a safe and legal environment for all students, staff and visitors. The post holder will be primarily responsible for Site Management, Contractor Control, Statutory Testing, Health & Safety Management, Building Maintenance and Security and Asset Management. The post holder will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure a well-maintained learning environment for our students.
You have experience and passion for working in primary schools. You are able to ensure that there is a safe and legally compliant environment for all pupils, staff and visitors. You have excellent interpersonal skills, and are able to demonstrate your ability to use your initiative and work as a true team player to actively promote and maintain a positive learning environment for all.
You have current knowledge of best practice in your field, and can coordinate the day-to-day management of the site, liaise with a range of contractors and support the delivery of specific projects. You display relentless enthusiasm for striving for the very best.
