As the Premises Manager, you’ll be an experienced facilities professional who supervises work across the school with both external and internal contractors. You will have key holder responsibility and will be expected to:
Oversee all aspects of maintenance and improvement of all building, equipment, furnishings, plant, fixtures and fittings in the school.
Be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical, fire and other safety equipment, fixtures and substances within the school in accordance with Health and Safety legislation
