Hours: 36 hours per week core hours, all year round. General working hours will be Monday – Friday 7.30am to 3.45pm. Plus an additional overtime to as required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to work mainly at Kenmont Primary School but with occasional hours at other schools within our federation as required.
Brackenbury Primary School, Kenmont Primary School and Wendell Park Primary School have been working as a partnership since September 2021. From April 2023 we formed a federation.
The post holder will play a key role within the site staff at the federation. You will support the Senior Premises and Facilities Manager in covering the site needs at Kenmont Primary School. You will be a named key holder for the Kenmont site.
In term time, if needed to cover the Senior Premises and Facilities Manager the working hours may involve unlocking / locking duties at other school(s) this will attract overtime and the extended working hours of Monday –Friday 6.45am until 4.45pm.
In this role you will:
· Be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the school premises under the direction of the Senior Premises and Facilities Manager, Head teacher and School Business Manager.
· Ensure that all duties are undertaken with particular regard to Health & Safety.
· Inspect, monitor, record and maintain school building and grounds maintenance standards.
· Undertake all building, grounds maintenance and supervise external contractors work with strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
· Experience of building maintenance work.
· Current knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessments, and how they apply in a school environment.
· The ability to maintain electronic and paper records of site Health and Safety and Premises documentation
· The ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills to communicate with a range of clients, both internal and external including managing other staff.
· The ability to travel between the school sites.
Reporting to the Senior Premises and Facilities Manager, this is an important role in ensuring that a professional and effective facilities management service is provided to staff, pupils and visitors using each school premises.

Kenmont Primary School is a mixed, co-educational primary for children aged 3-11 in College Park, in the north-west of Hammersmith and Fulham bordering the borough of Brent. It serves a diverse community and the proportion of pupils for whom English is an additional language is almost three times the national average.
