Woodbridge Park is on a journey to outstanding and we need outstanding people to join us.  We are a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs and we provide a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow.   We need kind-hearted, compassionate people who want to commit to changing lives for the better.  We can offer a varied professional experience, thanks to our many diverse sites – no two days are the same.  The service is based on 4 sites within the Borough of Hounslow.

We are seeking to appoint a permanent site manager, who will be based at our KS3 Centre in Isleworth and to compliment our existing team of site managers.  Although based at our KS3 Centre there will be very occasional times when you will be needed to cover or undertake works at our other centres.  The post is 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a split shift (6am – 9.30 am and 2.30 pm – 6.15 pm)

The successful candidate will need to:–

• be able to carry out a caretaking service, cleaning and security duties

• have an understanding of health and safety requirements

• be able to carry out basic repairs and DIY tasks

• be able to run small building projects in conjunction with the Business Manager

• have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision and on his/her own initiative
        but  also able to work as part of a committed and friendly team

• be well organised, reliable and trustworthy

• be fit and energetic

• be committed to maintaining high standards at our centres

• Have a “can do” attitude and be able to problem solve, be flexible and adaptable

• Hold a current First Aid certificate or be willing to undertake training
