Site Manager

C1 (SCP 12-17) £22,571 – £24,920

Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, All Year Round

Subject to a 6-Month Probationary Period

The governors of our caring, friendly academy wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly effective Site Manager to join our team. The role is varied with elements of building maintenance, site security, supervision of contractors and cleaning.

We are looking for people who want to join our remarkable team, be part of the next chapter of our school and work with children whose respect for one another and their community is "breath-taking". 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is reliable and able to work as part of a supportive team
  • Has a calm and friendly approach
  • Has DIY skills
  • Is aware of H&S issues
  • Has the physical ability to carry out manual handling tasks i.e. lifting, climbing and moving items

Richmond Hill Academy is a three-form entry school (630 places) with a 52-place nursery and Rainbow Base, a Resource Provision for children with complex communication needs.
