An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Academy for a exceptional Site Manager to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to work with the Trust Leader of Premises and Estates and the respective Principals. Key responsibilities are to assist in the maintenance of Trust facilities, premises, and grounds to ensure the very best environment at all times. The successful candidate will establish and manage a proactive health and safety service and secure the necessary risk assessments for all aspects of work and line manage Academy caretaking personnel and designated staff.

The ideal candidate will:

· be committed to Maltby Learning Trust's Vision and Values and the Academy's Key Drivers.

· be a driven, proactive, and positive individual with an unwavering commitment to continuously improving their own standards

· have a true growth mindset, exceptional work ethic and a sense of humour.

· have good knowledge of skilled trades, high standard of work and typical costs.

· have excellent knowledge of health and safety and compliance legislation in public buildings and knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance procedures.

· have good knowledge of Health and Safety relating to premises, plant, and equipment.

· be ICT literate, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.

· have the knowledge and experience of the context in which Maltby Academy operates.
