Full Time (all year round), 37 hours per week
We are looking to appoint a Site Manager as soon as possible to organise and manage the premises, taking the lead on all site-related matters, including managing the caretaking/cleaning/grounds operations of the school to the agreed quality standards, taking a lead role on Health & Safety and ensuring security of the site and related resources.
A wide range of practical DIY experience would be essential and any “hands on” experience of a trade would be beneficial.
An ability to proactively plan a schedule of works and to prioritise works would be essential.
Penketh High School is a founder member of The Challenge Academy Trust which was formed on the 1st May 2017. The Trust includes local secondary schools, a sixth form college and primary schools and it is an approved sponsor of a Church of England High School.
