Job overview
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational individual to join the team at Craven College.
You will have experience of leading and managing a Facilities team, both strategically and operationally. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to all levels, whilst providing advice to the Senior Leadership Team on matters relating to the development, maintenance and operation of the estate and its associated services.

We are looking for someone who is educated to equivalent to HND or level 4 qualification in Building, Surveying or Facilities Management. Has current knowlege and experience relating to construction law, construction health and safety legislation, building regulations and planning authority requirements.
You will also demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical clarity to external consultants and contractors on a wide range of issues, as well as internally at all levels.
Excellent Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to continuously improve and achieve consistenly high standards.
