We are seeking to strengthen our Site Operations Team and the services they provide by appointing a Site Operations Officer who will actively support the team to maintain and develop the school premises and grounds.

The successful candidate must have good DIY and practical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both young people and adults at all levels within the organisation. Experience of working in schools or the building trade would be desirable, as well as knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, since responsibilities will include school security, porterage, health and safety and other general maintenance duties. This role will require the candidate to work early and late on a shift rota basis, and there will also be an opportunity to enhance the salary by undertaking some lunchtime supervision duties.
