This temporary post is to start as soon as possible, NJC Point 18 to 21 for 17 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum, 3pm to 6.30pm.
General caretaking, cleaning and minor repair work and involves afternoon, evening and weekend work associated with lettings. Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. The possession of a criminal record will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information provided.
