Salary: Grade 5 (FTE £22,183 pa) 

Hours: 37 Hours per week (earliest start 6am, latest finish 10pm)

Weeks: 52 weeks per year

Start Date: Negotiable

Closing Date: 10th December 2021

Witchford Village College is a successful and expanding 11-16 Community College covering a rural catchment area close to the beautiful and historic city of Ely, 16 miles north of Cambridge.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and positive person to join our site team to assist with the efficient running of the site.  This will include the maintenance of our school buildings and grounds and ensuring the buildings are safe, operational in terms of heating, lighting, water, functioning alarm systems etc. by carrying out regular statutory checks and performing corrective action. 

You will be required to unlock and lock up and be a key-holder for out of hour’s emergencies. 

Level 1 or 2 NVQ or equivalent qualification in any area relevant to the role will be required.
