The Clevedon Learning Trust wish to appoint a Sites and Facilities Manager. 

As the Sites and Facilities Manager you will be ultimately responsible for all aspects of property upkeep, care, maintenance, security, compliance and safety, in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your main duties will include preparing and coordinating a facilities maintenance plan across the Trust sites and ensuring efficient Trust wide contracts are scoped and procured as appropriate to ensure best value.

You will have significant experience in multi-site management at a senior level, including effective working in site (including buildings) management systems. Experience of working in an educational environment is desirable, but not essential.

Being able to work collaboratively and develop working relationships with a wide variety of individuals will be key to succeeding in this role. You will have the skills and experience to organise, lead and motivate the estates team. 

You will be a confident problem solver, with a proactive and a positive attitude to work. You will combine a high degree of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.

The Clevedon Learning Trust (CLT) was launched on 1st January 2015. The CLT is currently formed of twelve schools in two geographical areas; one secondary and five primary schools in Clevedon one secondary and five primary schools in Bridgwater. The CLT brings with it a new, innovative and student focussed approach to education within local communities. The CLT will provide high quality education and experiences for children and families.
