The Leader of Sixth Form Student Services will balance the provision of pastoral support with rigorous application of school expectations.  His/her core purpose will be to guide and support young people to become successful young adults by overseeing an outstanding learning culture.   Duties will include administration of admissions, attendance and UCAS applications, liaison with parents/carers and external professionals and appropriate challenge and support of students to ensure that the meet their potential.
