Scale 4 point 7, Actual Salary £21,959 p.a.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self motivated and flexible individual, to provide an exceptional support service within our Sixth form for 16-18 year old students.

The candidate would be responsible for the supervision and organisation of the Sixth form study, helping to implement school policies and assist with Open Evening, Graduation etc. They would also support the Sixth Form Administrator with day to day tasks and subject departments when required.

Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multicultural school in Balham, South London. We have recently completed a multi-million pound building programme which has provided staff and students with a modern buildings and plenty of green space. Our motto is a ‘Creative Learning Community’, demonstrating a commitment to providing our students with an innovative and exciting curriculum. 

In 2019 Ofsted judged our Sixth Form to be Outstanding in every respect.  From September we anticipate a roll of circa 300 students and will be offering 24 A level subjects, with A level student progress scores placing the Sixth Form in the top 10% nationally, for value added (2019).

As the lead partner in the Wandle Learning Partnership, we are able to offer exceptional opportunities for professional development.
