The College would be considered one of the most well-established school rugby programmes in the UK and works with Premiership and Championship clubs in a formal capacity.

The college is proud of its ability to support and nurture Student Athletes at all levels through a unique educational environment. St Joseph’s College Student Athletes often progress through to International, Premiership, Championship, National League and University programmes.

As the Skill Development Coach at St Joseph’s College Ipswich; you will be responsible for delivering advanced skill development initiatives across the whole school.

The successful candidate will be engaging, personable, confident and keen to develop their rugby coaching alongside our Full-Time Faculty.

We welcome applications from those who have had experience of playing and/or coaching in a performance environment. The candidate must be at least RFU Level 2 Coaching qualified and committed to developing their career within an institution that places importance on an excellent education and sports development in equal measure.

You will be afforded the benefit of working alongside the College’s Performance Sport Faculty and will be included in the National School Festival coaching team and Performance 7s Coaching team.

This is a Part Time position and salary will be commensurate with experience.
