A new requirement for a consistent long term Social Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker to work with a KS2 young person requiring 1:1 support as part of alternative curriculum provision.

This Social Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker requirement involves providing tailored and bespoke educational support with attention to social and emotional factors, experiential learning as well as formal classroom based work.

The staff member should be skilled at engaging young people, forming working relationships and establishing trust. Positive, patient, nurturing and caring. Able to encourage and also promote independence. As well as acting as a consistent adult role model.

***This Social Emotional and Mental Health Support Worker role includes some off-site work and thus requires a Full UK Driving Licence, Business Insurance, and access to a suitable vehicle.***
