Position: Behaviour Specialist (Social Worker)

Job Description:
The Behaviour Manager/Specialist will work closely with students, families, and staff to support the social and emotional well-being of our student community. This role involves assessing behavioural needs, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to promote positive behaviour and create an inclusive school culture.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a social worker or behaviour specialist in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of child development, behavioural management strategies, and counselling techniques
- Ability to assess student needs accurately and develop effective intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with students, parents, teachers, and external agencies
- Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds within an international school context
- Proficient in maintaining confidential records and documentation
