Soft Services Manager (Head Housekeeper)

We are seeking to appoint a Soft Services Manager to help deliver the School’s aims and objectives, heading up the Housekeeping team and taking a lead on delivering soft services across the site for students, staff and visitors. 

The role will include helping us achieve our goal of shrinking our environmental impact by effectively managing our recycling and waste removal systems, as well as optimising deliveries and events logistics across both our sites. The role will be based at our senior school site but you will also be required to work at and visit our prep school site from time to time.

The successful candidate will be a qualified manager or assistant manager/supervisor with significant experience in working in Housekeeping or buildings management. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and possess exceptional organisation skills.

Experience in managing budgets as well proficiency working with software such as the Microsoft suite is essential, and experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.
